Fundamentals: Fitting Text into Spreadsheet Columns

Print Preview - Print Titles > Page Layout > Sheets > Gridlines

Click Print Titles under page layout. Under Sheets, check box "Gridlines".

*if you want see gridlines while working, check box "Gridlines' under Page Layout

Creating border for each column

to create gridlines, create borders which, can be found at the top left hand corner of toolbar. Icon is a pencil overlapping a grid
